Balloons in Wedding Decor

Balloons at a wedding are typically considered to be a faux pas – but lately, there have been some really creative and stylish ways to use this fun prop at special events. The key is in avoiding the style turning out like a child’s birthday party or a Sweet 16 Party circa 1985. From colorful balloon releases and fun send-offs, to dessert table backdrops and props to pose with for engagement and group photos – you can truly turn balloons from tacky to très fab!

There are a plethora of other creative uses – marking table numbers with balloons, your flower girl could carry a bunch down the aisle, or you could fill and release a large group of monochromatic balloons to cover an entire ceiling. Of course, classic white always looks amazing, but bright Summer colors like orange, pinks, yellow and red look incredible at outdoor venues with fun themes.

Will you be using balloons at your wedding?
