We typically work in Northern California, including Tahoe, Napa/Sonoma, San Francisco, and Sacramento, but have hosted events in Monterey/Carmel Valley and Palm Springs. We would be willing to travel worldwide as well!

DO YOU OFFER "DAY OF" Coordination?

Each Event Consultant typically only books one event per weekend. Most of our clients book our services at a minimum of 9-12 months in advance to give ample time for planning. If you would like to work with a particular planning, we would recommend booking at least 12 months in advance to ensure that they are available for your date.

How soon should I book your services?

Storytelling is the most important part of our design process. This means that you won't find a consistent KWE "look" in our portfolio, rather, each event tells the story of that individual couple. We specialize in bespoke design, including the little details that truly tell your unique story.
