Our friends over at The Find Rentals put together an intimate showcase with a Midsummer Nights Dream theme for future clients. We were given a tablescape and instructions to design our version of the theme – we went with a woodsy bohemian glam look! We used gilded tree bark for the base of our centerpiece with bold florals put together by Flourish Designs and added touches of air plants tucked into the chandelier. We decided on emerald, fuchsia and gold for our palette (a combo we don’t see too often) and I can say it was absolutely fabulous! Just take a look below to see for yourself!

As you can see, we used a combination of 3 different chair backs for a whimsical touch: a floor length sequin chair cover, a crinkle taffeta cap and an iridescent satin bow. The fantastic green sequin linen was draped on the table and the gold chiavari chairs were accented with matching emerald pads. From the silverware (gilded twig) to the glasses (gold-rimmed) to the stationery (a carved monogram design), Kate handpicked every detail and her team executed it beautifully.  We love being able to use our creative minds and showcase the design services of Kate Whelan Events.
