Lights, Camera, Ilana! Being an amazing young actress, it was only natural for Ilana to request a Hollywood theme for her Bat Mitzvah. Not only can you spot this young lady in several TV commercials, but you can also catch her on the silver screen as Martha in “Martha and Dee Visit the Fifth Dimension”! This incredible Bat Mitzvah was held at Congregation B’Nai Israel, with an amazing reception at Beatnik Studios! During dinner, guests were able to see Ilana in action via a fun reel! Not only did the reel compliment the theme, family and friends enjoyed seeing her on the big screen as well!

As part of the Hollywood theme, each table featured a famous movie star, with appearances by James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Lucile Ball, and many more! Each actor or actress was conveyed through a plethora of mini props – for example, Audrey Hepburn’s table sported a crystal tiara, a Tiffany & Co. blue bag, long white gloves and cat-eyed sunglasses! Guests were entertained throughout the evening with fun games, delicious food, dancing and delectable cupcakes! There was something for everyone to enjoy! KWE’s own Kate and Lauren even demonstrated the ‘Sing for Your Supper’ game by opening the floor with their own rendition of I Got Rhythm from An American In Paris! Here at KWE, we were very honored to have been apart of Ilana’s special day. The Klusky family was so much fun to work with and we hope to celebrate with them again soon!
