Elizabeth & Ryan were married on July 7, 2012. Double sevens – talk about lucky! They were married in one of my favorite cities: San Francisco. Their warm, reverent, Catholic ceremony took place at the Notre Dame Des Victoires Church. Guests joined the happy couple for a reception held in the Tonga Room at the Fairmont Hotel. This unique venue lent a tropical, sultry feel via the tropical tangerine and turquoise color scheme in this festive room full of little huts.

This wedding was so unique and beautiful! There was definitely a fun tiki-tropical theme that totally worked in the Tonga Room! The orange lilies gracefully popped against the white cake, and the band playing on a little boat in the center of the reception was a definite hit. What was the best showstopping fun effect of the night? Midway through dinner, and at the very end of the First Dance, a rain shower pummeled the ponds surrounding guests’ dinner tables for an incredible dining experience. What a fun and festive wedding to be a part of!
